The Maryland Department of Health Leadership Development Program (MDHLDP) aims to improve supervisory skills and effectiveness across MDH by offering busy managers and leaders practical skills through diverse learning methods over four months. This program seeks to enhance a leader's ability to guide teams toward shared objectives and cultivate 10 key leadership competencies valued by MDH executives. While designed for entry- to mid-level managers, leaders at all levels can gain valuable insights from this experience.
