Title 10 MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Notice of Opportunity for Public Inspection and Comment
In accordance with the Regulatory Review and Evaluation Act, State Government Article, §§ 10-130—10-139, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is reviewing and evaluating certain regulations codified within Title 10 of the Code of Maryland Regulations. The purpose of the review and evaluation is to determine whether existing regulations continue to accomplish the purposes for which they were adopted, clarify ambiguous or unclear language, and repeal obsolete or duplicative provisions.
The regulations being reviewed are:
Subtitle 18 HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV) INFECTION AND ACQUIRED IMMUNODEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS)
COMAR 10.18.01 Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program: Temporary Assistance Program;
COMAR 10.18.02 HIV and CD4+ Investigations and Case Reporting;
COMAR 10.18.05 Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program: Eligibility;
COMAR 10.18.06 Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program: Pharmacy Services;
COMAR 10.18.07 Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program: Health Insurance (MADAP-Plus); and
COMAR 10.18.08 HIV Testing Procedures.
Subtitle 52 PREVENTIVE MEDICINE
COMAR 10.52.04 Condom Vending Machines;
COMAR 10.52.08 Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund; and
COMAR 10.52.10 HIV and Hepatitis C Testing of Persons Accused or Convicted, or Both, of Certain Crimes.
