Nursing Home

Deer's Head Hospital Center’s Nursing Home is licensed for 80 beds. Our goal is to provide a homelike environment while providing quality and compassionate care to all patients and residents.

We have a team of staff that takes pride in providing quality of care to our patients and residents. Deer's Head Hospital Center offers rehabilitation services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and activity therapy) to our patients and residents to assist each individual with achieving their fullest potential. We have full time physicians on staff allowing our patients and residents to have their medical needs met quickly with positive outcomes. 

Our facility provides discharge planning to ensure that our patients and residents are at the appropriate level of care in the community. We encourage our patients and are residents and their families to be active in their daily plan of care as well as their discharge plans back to the community.
