We recognize that strong families and dedicated caregivers are the cornerstone of a thriving community, especially for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Supporting Families focus area is designed to provide comprehensive assistance and resources to family members and caregivers navigating the challenges and opportunities of supporting a loved one with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We offer guidance, counseling, and educational materials to help families build a strong support network and foster an environment of understanding and care. By empowering families and caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need, we aim to enhance the quality of life of everyone in our community, across the life-course.
