This office functions under the authority granted by state and federal regulations to perform announced and unannounced compliance reviews, evaluations and investigative activities for Community and jail-based behavioral health programs across the ASAM levels of care. This office oversees Substance Use Disorder Program Types such as Substance-Related Disorder Assessment and Referral Programs, DUI Education Programs, all ASAM Levels of care, including Withdrawal Management Services and Opioid Treatment Services (also referred to as Opioid Treatment Programs).
