Licensing Guidance
The Behavioral Health Administration issues licenses and certifications in accordance with the following:
Health General Articles governing Behavioral Health in Maryland
Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR)
Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Operating a program under COMAR 10.63 requires ongoing compliance with the regulation. Please read and familiarize yourself with the most current regulation.
