Local health departments and other organizations are funded by the Maryland Department of Health through the Maryland Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), the Cigarette Restitution Fund - Cancer, Prevention, Education, Screening and Treatment (CRF-CPEST) Program. These programs provide no-cost cancer screenings. You may be eligible if you fall within these program requirements:
- Live in Maryland.
- Have limited income equal to or less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
- Have no health insurance or insurance that does not fully pay for cancer screenings.
