To change or update your email in the Department of Budget and Management's (DBM) Statewide Personnel System (SPS), you can use the SPS Workday Self-Service features, as follows:
- Log in to Workday for Active Employees with your SPS Employee ID, which starts with a "W".
- Click the Personal Information application on the Home page.
- Click the Contact Information button.
- Click the Edit button.
- Scroll to:
- Work Contact Information section
- Primary Email
- Click the Edit Icon (pencil)
- Enter the email, making sure that the spelling is correct. This should be your State-issued account. If you do not have a State-issued account, please enter another active account.
- Click Details. If your primary email is a State-issued account, set the visibility to PUBLIC.
- If your primary email is NOT State-issued, you may choose visibility to be PUBLIC or PRIVATE.
- Click Submit
