Log into the Hub, and select the 'Universal Profile' under the Home Tab. If incorrect or blank, you will need to update this in Workday.
Below are instructions to ensure that your email is correct in your Hub profile; this must be done in Workday:
- Go to your Workday account
- Select the Personal Information icon
- Select Change Contact Information
- Click the EDIT button near the top left of the screen
- Scroll down the page to your WORK-contact information; you may already have an email in the Home contact field, but Workday won't copy this email.
- Scroll down to the section for Primary Email, and click on the Pencil icon
- Enter or correct your work email
- Save your edits by clicking SUBMIT at the bottom left of the page.
**If for some reason you cannot edit or there is no Work>Contact section, please contact your HR rep to have it added that way. ***Changes will update after approximately 24-48 hours.
