Social Work

The Thomas B. Finan Center Social Work Department is comprised of nine Master Level Social Workers, one Coordinators of Special Programs (BSW), one Alcohol and Drug Associate Counselor, one Patient Driver, one Social Work Volunteer, and one Peer Support Specialist. Social Work services provided include social history and psychosocial assessment, case management, discharge planning, liaison with families and community agencies, individual/family and group therapy, patient and significant other educations, and the Center's Performance Improvement Program. The Social Work Program Administrator also serves on committees and advisory boards.
