The DDA provides services to
eligible
children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through its Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver Programs to address many of these challenges. These programs include the;
Family Supports Waiver Program (serves birth – 21)
Community Supports Waiver Program (serves 18 – 90+)
Community Pathways Waiver Program (serves 18 - 90+)
