- Address or overcome barriers to housing
- Obtain housing or remain in your current rented or leased home.
This service includes housing information, assistance, transition, and tenancy sustaining services. The Housing Information and Assistance part of this service helps you get independent housing. The Housing Transition Services part of this service assesses your housing needs and develops an individualized housing support plan. The Housing Tenancy Sustaining Services part of this service helps you stay in the home you rent.
