COMA​​​R

COMAR is an acronym for Code of Maryland Administrative Regulations. These are the regulations that DDA follows as well as all provider agencies. In the regulations, you will find the expectations that people have to follow. Although there are 33 titles in COMAR, the main regulations that apply to DDA are found in Chapter 10 (Department of Health and Mental Hygiene) Subtitle 22 (Developmental Disabilities Administration) beginning at Chapter 20. There are also regulations that apply to DDA's Medicaid Waiver Programs in Chapter 10, Subtitle 9 (​Medical Care Programs). There are links to relevant regulations below.
