On December 1, 2019, the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) began a pilot program to test the service authorization and billing functions of the LTSSMaryland system. The pilot program tests billing functionality, identifies and resolves system issues, and helps the DDA learn about the operational and training needs of providers so they can successfully use the new system.
Recently, the DDA received a list of comments and concerns from pilot providers based on their LTSSMaryland experience. You can view the DDA’s response with action items to the comments and concerns at Billing Pilot Items Spreadsheet 3.16.
The DDA appreciates the ongoing collaboration with pilot providers and will continue to share LTSSMaryland information to support providers.
