The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) operates three Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) 1915(c) waiver programs for the State of Maryland. Every five years, these waivers must be renewed with the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Within each waiver's five-year lifespan, the DDA may also submit amendments to CMS, which can change the way the waiver operates, such as by modifying the services available within each waiver.
This page contains archival resources for the DDA's previous waiver renewals and amendments for all three Waiver Programs.
