Division of Vital Records

In an effort to serve you better, the Division of Vital Records lobby will be closed Friday, April 26, 2024 for professional development. We will reopen on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 8:30am.

The Division of Vital Records is experiencing a backlog in processing certificates. If you have placed your order via online, we are experiencing a 2 week delay in processing times. You may make an appointment to visit the Baltimore City office for quicker service. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to service your Vital Record needs.
