Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions Page. Below are two common questions visitors have regarding RICA-Baltimore.

Q. I have a child that I believe needs the services you provide. Who do I go to for information?
A. Your first step is to contact our Admissions Department for both residential treatment and day treatment services. They will guide you through the process.

Q. What is meant by the continuum of care?
A. We provide a series of services that address the entire individual, not just a symptom. While a child is at our facility, we provide clinical, psychiatric, somatic, rehabilitative, nursing, educational, movement and occupational therapies to provide a holistic program of therapy for the individual. After the child is discharged, we follow-up to monitor their progress.

Please contact our Admissions Department at 410-368-7800, should you have additional questions.
