Notice of Proposed Action

The Secretary of Health proposes to amend Regulation .07 under COMAR 10.09.02 Physicians’ Services.

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of this action is to update the Maryland Medicaid Professional Services Provider Manual and Fee Schedule that is incorporated by reference for January 2018. The 2018 Professional Services Fee Schedule includes new CPT codes for 2018, as well as a separate section for injectable/provider administered drugs (J codes).

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.

The proposed action has no economic impact.
