Pursuant to COMAR 10.25.18.13, Dispensers must begin reporting of Non-CDS to CRISP by September 1, 2025. All questions regarding Non-CDS reporting should be forwarded to MHCC.noncds@maryland.gov. The MHCC has compiled a list of frequently asked questions that can be viewed here.​​

Please note that although the RxGov Data Submitter User Guide Version 5.0 is available, submission in the 5.0 format is not currently required in Maryland.  Here is the link to the RxGov Data Submitter User Guide Version 4.0.
