Employer Point of Collection/On-Site Drug Testing
Maryland law requires registration for Employers testing Job Applicants for Drugs of Abuse utilizing Single Use Testing Devices. Code of Maryland regulations (COMAR) 10.10.10: Job Related Alcohol and Controlled Dangerous Substances Testing, requires that an employer or “agent of the employer” shall be registered with Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ), in order to perform drug-screening tests on job applicants using single-use drug testing devices, approved by the FDA. This registration is specifically for (EDT).
