Provider Enrollment Resources

All HealthySteps providers must be enrolled with Maryland Medicaid's electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP).  ePREP is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes. Both HealthySteps practices and their individual providers must upload their documentation from Zero to Three into their ePREP profile as a supplemental application to bill for HealthySteps services. Click here to enroll in ePREP as a HealthySteps provider with Medicaid or update your provider profile.
