• The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved and renewed Maryland's §1115 demonstration waiver, known as HealthChoice, for a five-year period effective January 1, 2022.
  
• Maryland Medicaid must conduct an annual public forum that provides the public with the opportunity to offer comment on the demonstration's progress. ​
