Adolescents and Confidentiality

Note: If an adolescent has an involved p​arent, and the family income is no more than 200% FPL, the parent may want to complete an application for the Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHP) so the adolescent can get full Medical Assistance coverage, including family planning. MCHP counts the parent’s income in determining eligibility for the program.   ​
