Medicare Savings Programs

A Medicare Savings Program, also called a Medicare Buy-In Program, can help pay your Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance) premiums. If you qualify, the program might also pay your Part A and Part B deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments.

When you apply, we figure out which program you qualify for. The programs include:

​You can apply i​n person or by mailing an appl​ication to your local Department of Human Services. Visit the Department of Human Services to download the current application form.​
