Consortium Request for Applications (RFA)​​​

The Maryland Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC), an independent commission within the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), released the next round of grant funding for the Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports.  This funding opportunity will make available up to $96 million in new grant funding made available by the Governor and the Maryland General Assembly to support current and expanded behavioral health services for students, pre-kindergarten through high school, statewide.   ​

Three types of grants will be awarded under this RFA:​

  • Track 1: By invitation only - Open to current Community Supports Partnership and Hub Pilots who are ready to become Community Support Partnerships. Service Providers in the following jurisdictions must apply through their local Hubs: Baltimore City and Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Queen Anne's, Somerset, St. Mary's, Talbot, Washington, and Worcester Counties​

  • Track 2:  Current Hubs not becoming CSPs and additional Hub pilots (Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and Wicomico)

  • Track 3:  Service providers - current Consortium grantees and new applicants who are not in the jurisdictions listed in Track 1 (Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and Wicomico)
