​COMMUNITY HEALTH RESOURCES COMMISSION ISSUES FY 2024 REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS;
$7 MILLION AVAILABLE TO PROMOTE HEALTH EQUITY AND EXPAND ACCESS TO CARE
 

The CHRC Commissioners have issued the Expanding Health Care Access and Promoting Health Equity FY 2024 Request for Applications​ which will award approximately $7 million statewide.  Letters of Intent were due April 25 and are under review to determine eligibility.  Applicants found eligible are reminded that full grant proposals are due May 16.   Grant awards will be issued by the Commission in late June. The following are the key dates and deadlines for the FY 2024 RFA
