Electronic Prescribing Mandate for Controlled Substances

This correspondence is to share an update on the electronic prescribing mandate for controlled substances that goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2022. The waiver form along with instructions are available on the OCSA website. Registrants may complete the waiver form and this will bring them into compliance. Please see this  memo​ with further information.
