The Mission of the Patient Library is to provide educational, informational and recreational materials, as well as patient educational programs to support the patient's therapy program:
- Reference books and reference assistance
- Current magazines and newspapers
- Biographies
- Fiction and Non-Fiction books
- Weekly "bookmobile" visits for patients who cannot leave the unit
- Computer with filtered Internet access, Microsoft Word and E-Mail capability (See Computer Use Policy)
