What does this service do?
Remote Support Services support your independence in your home. This service can reduce the amount of support staff needed in person. It includes off-site system monitoring staff, stand-by supports to notify police, fire and backup support staff as needed. This service is based on your assessed need and the technology that may work best for you. It also includes:
- System and device installation.
- Repair, maintenance, and a backup system.
- Training and technical assistance for you and your support team.
