To enhance service quality and compliance standards, the DDA has partnered with Liberty Healthcare, a QIO-like entity, for strategies that strengthen the health and well-being of service recipients. Collaboratively with Liberty Healthcare, the DDA establishes compliance standards through Targeted Case Management reviews, Utilization and Qualified Provider reviews, and Health and Welfare reviews.
Additionally, the DDA participates in the National Core Indicators® - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (NCI®-IDD) program, conducting surveys such as In Person, Family Guardian, and Adult Family surveys. These assessments provide valuable data on the performance of the DDA service delivery system and the outcomes experienced by participants.
