License Renewals

Certified Residential Child Care Program Administrators (“CRCCPAs”) must renew their certification every 2-years. 

At least 3-months prior to the expiration of your certification, the State Board will send you a renewal notice by first class mail to your address of record.  The renewal notice will state the date that your certification expires, the date by which your renewal application must be received by the State Board for a renewal certificate to be issued, and the amount of your renewal fee. 

In order to qualify for renewal, CRCCPAs must return the following documents to the State Board:

  1. Completed the renewal application
  2. Executed Release to Process Renewal Application form
  3. Certify a minimum of 40 CEUs completed within the two-year period prior to the renewal date on the Affidavit of Attendance at Board-Approved Continuing Education Programs
  4. Copies of certificates of attendance of completion for all CEUs listed

Your renewal application will be marked if you need to submit to a criminal history record check or provide a pass-port size photo.

The renewal fee is $200. Failure to renew your certificate within 1-month of your expiration Certified Residential Child Care Program Administrators (“CRCCPAs”) must renew their certification every 2-years.

In order to qualify for renewal, CRCCPAs must return the following documents to the State Board: date will result in a $100 late fee. Failure to renew within 3-months of your expiration will result in $500 in fees ($200 reinstatement fee, $100 late fee, and $200 renewal fee). Failure to provide all required documents will result in a $5 reprocessing fee each time a document is requested.

You may renew your certification upon receipt of your renewal package. Any renewal application received after the expiration date will be assessed a late fee and a reinstatement fee as applicable.​
