Children can get many vaccines from their doctor and some from a pharmacist. Older children and adults can get vaccines from their doctor or at a pharmacy. The Carroll County Health Department also offers many different types of vaccines and holds some vaccine clinics.

Looking For Your Immunization Records?
To get a copy of your Maryland immunization record, please contact your healthcare provider or complete the Maryland ImmuNet Record Request form. It can take 2 or more days to process your request. You may be able to get your record more quickly through patient portals with your healthcare provider's office. MyIR is no longer available.
Please note that vaccinations given before 2019 or outside of Maryland (except for DC, Delaware, and Virginia) may not be in ImmuNet records.
