The Carroll County Health Department provides sexual and reproductive health services to women, men, and people of other gender identities. We serve teens through older adults. We are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

You do not have to be a Carroll County resident to use our services. You will not be turned away if you cannot pay. 

Services are confidential and parental consent is not required. Teens are encouraged to include parents or other trusted adults in their healthcare. Minor Consent Laws​​

We encourage parents to be involved in their teen’s health care. However, under Maryland Minor Consent Law​, teens may seek birth control and sexually transmitted infection (STI) care on their own.
