The Carroll County Health Department provides health services at our clinic in Westminster, as well as other locations. We also help to connect clients to other community resources to help them get healthy and stay healthy.

Services include flu and other vaccinations, dental care, reproductive health care, help for pregnant teens and women, and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) services. We have services for people of all ages. Many services are free or low-cost.
