COVID-19 INFORMATION:

NEW: 3/9/21 - Extended Licensure Expiration Dates End on June 30, 2021

License Renewal Deadline

As per Governor Hogan’s March 9, 2021 Executive Order, any licensee with a 2020 or 2021 expiration date who has not already renewed must currently do so by June 30, 2021.

After this date, the renewal portal will be closed and your license will EXPIRE. Reinstatement for outstanding renewals will begin on July 01, 2021.

REMINDER: Renewal portal password: last 4 digits of your social security number

    Board News

    • NEW: MAY RENEWAL INFORMATION:
      The renewal for Maryland acupuncture licenses that expire on May 31, 2021, will begin on April 1. The Board encourages you to renew on time, and online. Please refrain from submitting in a paper application, as staff time remains limited in the office.

      The Board will continue to accept and process renewal applications for all licensees affected by the Emergency Order and encourages those who are able to renew on time, to do so.

      Please feel free to reach out to staff via email if you have further questions. Phone messages may be delayed.
