Eligibility:
No residency requirements. Services are confidential, voluntary, and nondiscriminatory based on religion, race, color, national origin, age, gender identification, or sexual orientation.
Cost:
Fees are based on income using a sliding fee scale. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay. Most insurances are accepted.
What to bring:
Please bring identification, medications, insurance card, and/or proof of income.
