THE CONTRACT FULFILLMENT TEAM DEFINED

Advantages

The Contract Fulfillment Team, also referred to as the CFT or simply the Team, is defined as an assembly of people brought together to facilitate or process procurement.   The procuring unit, in collaboration with the Office of Procurement and Support Services or OPASS, usually recruits the members and convenes the Team.

The Team’s members are made up of various individuals from the procuring unit, OPASS and other offices with a stake or interest in, or authority over the procurement.   The key element to the Team is that its members work concurrently with each other to achieve the goals of procuring and managing delivery of goods or services.
