Event Planning Guidance
Organizations and entities planning large events, gatherings, and social activities in Talbot County are invited to submit a plan outlining the COVID-19 safety precautions they plan to implement in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders.
In developing your plan, we encourage you to reference the relevant FAQs and Guidance Documents, linked below. Please click on the "COVID-19 Safety Plans for Indoor and Outdoor Events, Gatherings, and Activities in Talbot County" link to complete a form for the health department to review.
We ask that any plan seeking review be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. The Talbot County Health Department will not issue permits or authorizations normally provided by county or jurisdictional entities, and we have provided contact information at the end of the application should those be necessary for your event.
