State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP)

How to Apply:

There are eight parts to the SLRP application. Please complete and submit Part I-VII. Part VIII is to be read and understood by the Candidate and Employer.

*** Application Instructions Updates Effective March 1, 2021***

Due to the current state of emergency, access to state buildings is restricted and staff are not on-site.  At this time, the Office of Workforce Development must receive all application submissions electronically.  Please see instruction updates provided below:


1.     All application submissions must be sent electronically (Faxed and mailed submissions cannot be accepted at this time).

2.     For Part IV submissions: Contact your lender to submit electronic copies of your lender verification forms to mdh.providerworkforceprograms@maryland.gov.   

3.     For questions or technical assistance, please leave a voicemail at (410) 767-6123 or email mdh.providerworkforceprograms@maryland.gov. These communication routes will be checked frequently, Monday through Friday.
