CSSD's mission is to support the personal well-being, growth, independence and achievement of Individuals who are Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing through an array of accredited services including Residential Services, Individual Support Services (ISS), Def-Blind Day Services, Vocational Services, as well as Mental Health Services. CSSD provides the highest quality of Employess and Programs in order to achieve our mission.

How to Apply for Services
- The Individual is first approved by DDA
- The Individual will complete a CSSD application packet
- The Indvidual will have a in-person interview with CSSD
