Mission Statement

St. Peter's Adult Learning Center strives to empower adults with developmental disabilities to be contributing members of society. St. Peter's Adult Learning Center reverences the uniqueness and dignity of each individual and promote self-sufficiency, community integration, and quality of live through vocational recreational programs and services.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

  1. Fill out the Developmental Disabilities Administration application
  2. View the St. Peter's website at and download an application
  3. Call the Program Director at (443)986-3267 to set up an appointment for a tour and discussion.
  4. Arrange a day for the prosp​ective consumer to shadow the program in which they are interested
